A beautiful day

We spent Friday walking around Cincinatti in the rain.  Everything went fine with Vilay’s appointment.  He got his picture and fingerprints taken.  The guy helping Vilay told us that it could be as early as a week for his work authorization to arrive in the mail.  We are happy about that!  It was much faster than I had thought it would be.

Today the weather was just beautiful.  We went out to Hidden Valley Fruit Farm near Waynesville with the kids.  Because the kids were dressed up they got to go in the haunted barn for free.  Ha!  Like that was going to happen.  The woman helping us said they could have a “train” ride for free instead.  The “train” was in fact a fancy painted lawnmower and the cars were wooden boxes with wheels.  Petite Clown was too afraid to ride it, Boy Blue is too little…So, Sweet Bear was the only kid to ride this train.  She had a grin from ear to ear the whole time as she “drove” her compartment with her steering wheel.  It was alot of fun.

We went to Waynesville and walked around admiring the furniture and made sure to visit the Celtic store there.   Afterwards, we headed to the mall where I work.  I had to put in four hours today.  I didn’t mind because I had already spent a wonderful day out with my little family doing all the fun fall things that I love.

Tuesday night is Trick or Treat night.  The girls know the chant to get candy.  I am so excited to go with them.  The only thing that is wrong is that we still miss our Angel.

Glad you had a good day! My siblings went trick or treating today. My 4 yr. old sister was a lady bug.

We had thought about making Sweet Bear a lady bug but she had her heart set on being a witch…a mean witch. Then, she can scare away all the monsters. :)
