I have decided to go ahead with our Basel city tour after a brief intermission due to the medieval festival of St.-Ursanne.
After posting so many photos of Basel, I can see that my photography focus would change depending on what part of the city we were walking. It is interesting to see the mood of these different areas reflected in the photos.

Love the photos of the windows and shutters! I love shutters , why didn’t the British invent them :-(
love the pics, love the medeval castle set of pics in the middle the most.. How cool – you can always find more things around Switzerland that you never notice!
