Biel-Bienne apartment search

We looked at an apartment in Bienne on Saturday. It was a beautiful apartment with lots of space for our family. The only thing I didn’t like is that there isn’t a yard for the kids to play outside. No matter, we will be out of the apartment most of the time walking in the city and visiting parks anyway.

We will send out the paperwork to apply for the apartment this Monday. There are a couple other apartments available in our price range that do have yards for the kids to play in but Vilay fell in love with this apartment. So, we will see how it plays out.

I will feel less nervous when we have signed a lease for an apartment and know where our next home will be.

Good luck with the new apartment! I think this change will turn out to be a great thing! I’ve always been a city girl myself too :-) Hopefully you will be able to find a job soon and you can always go back to the beautiful Jura for a weekend if you miss it too much. :-)

Bienne is such an awesome family friendly city. There is wonderful shopping, and a beautiful old town and… You’ve got all of the other shops you don’t have within a quick 30 min train ride away! I sure hope you get this place and if you don’t well I’m sure you will keep on looking. There’s got to be something!

I am sad you’re leaving your beautiful and quiet Jura. But I totally understand why the need to be less secluded.
Good luck on your search! Can’t wait to see your new home :-)
