We celebrated Sweet Bear’s birthday Friday night.
The fruit toppings made her cake colorful. It was as good as it was beautiful.
My kids have been taking turns being sick for a week. I am sick as well. Sleep is not going well and I am exhausted.
Last Saturday, we had to take Sweet Bear to the hospital because there were no doctors open. She had the stomach flu. While we were there Boy Blue started to feel warm. The nurse took his temperature which was high. She gave me some medicine for free to get it down.
Petite Clown is the sick child at the moment. She started two days ago just after Boy Blue got better. I hope she is better after today or I am going to take her to the doctor. She has been the sickest out of all of them. Today is the first day she has wanted to eat or drink without me forcing her to try a little at least. Right now she is taking a big nap on the couch and her temperature has broken. I hope it doesn’t come back like it did yesterday.

Thanks…Petite Clown is eating and drinking non-stop today. Her temperature is gone. She had one last night but I gave her medicine to get it down. This morning she hasn’t had a temperature and the medicine has long since worn off. So, I am assuming it is over and that makes me happy.
