Blogging without privacy

A blog is a diary.

It is personal.

Even if it is online.

If my ex-husband’s wife’s paper diary was laying out on a table and I could read it without anyone finding out, I would not read it. I have not searched for her blog (online personal diary) even though I know she has one.

Privacy is sacred.

Furthermore, I would not go to her flickr account. If I did I would not favorite a photo with a name from her past to prank her.

I am an adult.

I respect the right to privacy.

I have better things to do like taking care of my family than to go around playing childish pranks and spying on others.

What bothers me isn’t that these certain people are reading my blog it is WHY they are reading it.

I am sure it is not out of curiousity (I can understand that) but rather so that they can hurt me or belittle me further.

I think that is sad and tells you what kind of people they are.

I decided recently to let go of all of that. I have moved on.

I wish they would as well.
