Last year, we went to the carnival of Noirmont. It was such a good time that we decided to go again this year.
We were not disappointed.

A generous clown offered us some warm wine to fight off the cold. We couldn’t refuse.

Later, a cheerful pirate gave us some carrot juice to help us dance the night away. It was strictly not for children. ;)
More photos tomorrow.
Happy Monday everyone!!!

What a lovely festivity! Beautiful pictures as allways!! How cheerful!!
Thank you! It was such a good time. And, it didn’t last for hours so we were home in time to eat something warm and get ready for bed without any stress for time.
Four year old boy is home with a bit of a fever and was looking over my shoulder while I looked at your photos. He asked if he could print the pictures to show his friends because they are so “scarry” but “pretty.” Thanks for entertaining him for a bit ;)
I hope your son feels better. I think he summed Carnival up perfectly…scary but pretty. I like that. I don’t mind if you print the photos off for him and I am happy that I was able to share a little of the Carnaval with you both. :)
What a super fun day :-) Thanks for sharing your great photos with us. I would certainly love to experience one of the carnivals..one day!
now that does look like a lot of fun, even if it is very cold out! I remember being in Biel and being way too cold to even try to hold out my camera to take photos!
Thanks everyone! I didn’t have much time to get to my comments this past week. Sorry about that.
I love Carnaval time and hope that next year we can visit one of the big ones in a large city.
