It was a warm day in the mountains, but not warm enough. So, we took the train to Neuchâtel where we knew it would be more to our liking. It always surprises me how much warmer it is once we get out of the mountains. In Neuchâtel, there were leaves on the trees! LEAVES! Vilay and I were all excited about seeing leaves on trees for the first time this spring. Bright flowers covered the city. We ate Italian ice cream, walked along the lake, watched the kids play in a park and browsed through a small market near the lake. ...
