Saturday, we took a walk from Le Creux-des-Biches to Les Bois. It was one of the most beautiful walks we have taken yet. There wasn’t a lot of hill climbing but the views were impressive. As usual, I had the feeling I was walking on top of the world.

We had the great chance to find out that each year Bienne has a huge sale held in the streets on the last weekend of June. Most of the stores in the city set up racks in front of their shop selling items for close to nothing.

It is easy to see why this area is called Pied d’Or which means Golden Foot in English.
