We were out walking when a group of cows in a field started mooing to the other cows behind. I think they were telling them to hurry up!
The group traveled along the fence line until they reached the gate. The cows were clearly waiting for someone to let them out. They looked at us mooing long and pitiful but we couldn’t help them. Not to worry their master came soon after.
We all stood waiting for the train to pass so that the cow parade could start!
The cows waiting.
An older woman quickly put straw down over the tracks after the train passed and before the cows arrived. The first cows to arrive stopped on the tracks watching us as we watched them. It was funny.
The cows heading to the barn.
I think the cows were happy to go back to the barn to be milked.
