Désalpe du Boéchet

Saturday, we went to the désalpe du Boéchet.  It’s that time again.

Time for the cows to come back home.

    Anne-Sophie,
That is cute! That explains why long distance rates are better in Switzerland than France or the US. :)

    Anne,
I used the photo gallery that was built into WordPress not to long ago. It is the best way for me to share several photos at once. It isn’t perfect but WordPress is constantly improving things.
    I love WordPress.

You always have so many beautiful festivals going on. I still miss that probably the most out of everything.. It is wonderful to see all of this. We did get to stop by and see the pumpkin patch and possibly I will be riding some 30k again this week to see it once more..

Loved all of the photos so much!

I was there. It was one of the most beautiful festival in Charmey. The cows were so great with their floral wreath and big bells, the goats too as well as the dogs all wore flowers and seemed happy and healthy.

    Expatraveler,
I love fall here because there is so much to do. I will be over to see your photos now that our household has calmed down a bit. The kids were all pretty sick and it was for a week. I am tired!

    Kleri,
We weren’t in Charmey. But, in the Jura. I would love to see the one in Charmey. We have visited that area once before this past summer and it is just gorgeous there.
