We did have a lot of birthdays over the past month. Sweet Bear's birthday is at the end of October and then Angel Girl's and Petite Clown's birthdays are close to the middle of November with only two days between their birthdays. My son's birthday is kinda in the middle of Vilay's and mine with Vilay's at the beginning of June, Boy Blue's at the end of June and mine in the middle of July. So, we are good until the summer! Katie, Raclette is one of our favorite dishes. If you ever get a chance to have it or make it yourself - DO! You will want to eat it again and again. We don't really do it the traditional Swiss way but we cut up fresh green, red and yellow peppers as a side dish along with lardon, mushrooms and onions. Next time I make it I am going to do it the traditional way. Thanks everyone!
