When I see Pumpkin Pie written on something I really do take a second look. After blogging for a year as Pumpkin Pie it is my second name. As I drive and walk around Ohio at this time of year I am a star! My name is up all over the place. :) I am happy to be home at this time of the year and to smell fall in the air.

Hi there! Had no internet for a few months, now I see you are back in the States! I wish you and your family all the best for life back in the US. Ohio must be lovely this time of year!
Thanks, D. Ohio is getting to be full of fall colors. We went today out into the country and drove. The trees were just beautiful.
I am sorry I haven’t visited your blog for such a long time! It has changed so much! I am amazed! I hope your move back to America went well enough and yes you really are a Pumpkin Pie!
But what is your recipe? Here in Holland, no one makes pumpkin anything. Yet, pumpkins are grown decoratively. From a whole pumpkin then, how does one go about making a delicious pie?
I have never made one from scratch. But, there are recipes on stickers stuck to the small pumpkins in the grocery stores around where I live. I will post it here once I have made it to make sure it is a good recipe. I think the most important thing is to use a small baking pumpkin and not a large one.
