Anne, It is so beautiful here right now. We are getting a ton of snow today! :) It is starting to look A LOT like Christmas here which makes me so so happy.
Expatraveler, Thanks! I have a new camera (point and shoot) that allows me to take photos in our village again. I am not comfortable taking the bigger Nikon out around here because of the looks I get from people…people I have to see every day. :) So, now I have a little camera that takes great pics and isn’t so obvious. It is nice to have two cameras to choose from.

I have to add that I REALLY REALLY hated snow before living here in Switzerland but now I look forward to it.
I think the light is magic where you live. Over here we are still waiting for snow (the only place in Canada with no snow), but really it’s the lack of sunshine that is getting me.
