Little slices out of last Thursday

I made a strawberry-rhubarb tart with my children.
We watered our flower seeds (now sprouting) with the help of Emmie Cat.
I haven’t ironed all this week. We just dig for what we need from the clothes baskets.

I am more than a little embarrassed to admit that I had to google what arrosoir was in English. Can you believe that the English word seems so foreign to me now?

Watering can.

I prefer arrosoir.

I’m laughing… Embarrassed? It has happened to all of us. When you live in a bilingual world, you are bound to only think of one word and not the other at times. Besides, that’s what dictionaries are for!!! :)

Love the finished product!!!! Yummy!!!! At that’s what so great about summer, all of these fresh fruits. :)
