My last baby is not a baby any longer.
He turned three years old, yesterday. It is his second birthday in Switzerland. Soon he will have lived in Switzerland longer than any other country in his life.

I am starting to get nervous. In a happy way. I try not to think about it as I get everything ready for her. I have to rearrange our apartment space to make room for her. She will have her own room while she is here so I have to clean and reorganize and that keeps me busy but I am going crazy inside waiting to hold my girl. I can’t wait…she told me that she is the same height as me now and I see myself in her so much more now that she is older. I miss her so much.

It was good. My husband won’t let me put icing on cakes because he doesn’t like it. However, we will make an American birthday cake when my oldest daughter gets here from the States. Making a homemade cake is as easy as a boxed cake but so much better. I wish I had known that a long time ago.
My son is the family baby. He isn’t spoiled too bad in spite of all the attention he gets. He is just too darn cute for his own good. :)

I know! But, for me he looks so big now. The last few months his face has been really thining out along with his arms, legs and hands. He is losing all his ‘baby fat’. :(

Actually, his birthday was just the day before on June 30th. He is cutie.
I am super excited getting ready for my twelve year old to come. Before I know it I will be standing at the airport looking for her. Last time she came to France we just held each other crying. It was very, very emotional.

We have been pretty crazy too. My daughter had her last day of school today for this year. Now, we can relax a little. :)
