Neuchâtel in Spring

We needed to get out from under all the snow for the day. Neuchâtel was a perfect choice because it was bursting at the seams with spring.

The girls and I are on Easter break for the next two weeks!  We are planning on enjoying our time walking outdoors and saying goodbye to the last of the snow that has covered our village for five months.

A few quick photos….More to come tomorrow.

Swans in Switzerland…Yes, that is typical. :) BTW, I loved your swan photo you put up the other day.

AAH! Beautiful pictures again! Looks that you had a wonderful time! There is even a circus!!

Our kids must have asked thirty times if we could go to the circus. We tried to explain that even if we did want to go it had already started. Didn’t matter…They wanted to go!

IT looks beautiful. I wish we had spring here in Illinois. We got a couple more inches of snow overnight. I am so sick of snow and ready for spring.

I really do feel your need to see the end of the snow. If it did snow here again this year I think I would cry. It is so nice to finally see some grass again. Spring! We need spring!!!

And Bursting it is! I love your yellow jacket in the reflection. I plan on doing a bit of photo hunting today if my camera fairs up (haven’t used Nikon forever!)..

I hope you take lots of photos and enjoy your walks and play time outdoors these next two weeks!

I really liked how that photo turned out. I love my Nikon but since I have never used a Canon I don’t have much to compare it to. I think that Nikon takes beautiful portraits and landscape photos are wonderful.

We still haven’t had a chance to eat there yet. We have got to do that this summer. I love Italian Piazzas too!

My oldest daugther’s favorite city was Neuchâtel because she said it was so beautiful. And, it is.
