One voice of wisdom in a world of ignorance

Source: The Huffington Post
“We know now there were no weapons of mass destruction over there [standing ovation]… but Coretta knew and we know that there are weapons of misdirection right down here. Millions without health insurance. Poverty abounds. For war billions more but no more for the poor.” -Reverend Dr. Joseph Lowery, at the Coretta Scott King funeral, standing in front of 4 presidents, one of whom was George W. Bush.

Federico Mayor: “Learning to live together is one of the biggest problems of our times. We must work for a transition from the culture of war to the culture of dialogue and understanding.”
