Our Sunday walk – Part II

In my previous post, I took you on the first part of our Sunday walk. Today, I will take you on the rest of the walk. The wind blew something fierce along the top of the village and made me wish I could blink myself back home into the warmth.

It was freezing cold.

However, it was equally beautiful.

I hope you all are having a great week so far.

I just now looked out my window and saw someone walking on skis.  Sometimes, the fact that I am living in Switzerland just comes up out of no where and smacks me right upside the head!  Never in my life have I seen anyone on skis before moving to Switzerland!

Wow just look at the snow!! Looks lovely and fresh, just right to walk in, even though cold, just wrap up well.

I have never seen anyone on skis before either, well not right there in front of me, only photos and TV.

    Anne,
I still haven’t gotten used to seeing people on skis and snow shoes. Winter is long here so it is a good thing it is so pretty!

you want to see a sight..in new york city, it’s not uncommon to see people on telemark ski’s, getting around town, after a very heavy snow. what a hoot!!

that looks like a lot of fun to me! Lovely, but yes a bit cold. We just had our first evening of frost. I don’t envy it since I walk everywhere… I love the road pic with Vilay.

    Allen,
I didn’t know about that but would love to see it!

    Expatraveler,

It is a bit hard because we can’t take any long walks now.
