But, even if it is included for the entire building she is still using more water that is not being paid for by dropping coins in the machine. So, our landlord is still seeing a rise in cost. We spend about fifty swiss francs a month on laundry. That is just for the washing machine. I spend about eight more frans a month on the dryer. If it's included, then it probably wouldn't matter if your neighbor did her laundry in her own apartment or in the laundry room. Just a thought.
