Snow is a part of life here in the Jura

Winter is long in the Jura.

Snow is simply a part of our life here.

We had snow as deep as now this past Easter.  My children searched for Easter eggs in snow up to my knees which meant it was up to my son’s waist.  So, don’t be surprised when you see photos of snow in varying degrees for days months on end.  :)

You must get all our snow :-( Just read your “past Easter” post, made me laugh when you said the trains run as usual..Here in England we had the excuse “the trains are not running because it is the wrong type of snow” only in England Ha Ha

Very cute! Love the one of your son the most. Okay, paw prints take a close second too. ;-)

    Anne,

I didn’t know about the wrong type of snow incedent…very funny!

    Expatraveler,

The prints were all the way down and so clear. It was really nice. Of course, my son was pretty darn cute trying to hit me with snow ball after snow ball. :)
