The rest of the photos from our walk on Sunday.

The forest was full of light. We had to be careful not to slip on the way down because of all the small loose rocks on the path.

Leaves BLOOMING on a bush! No, I can not talk about it enough after five months of white, white, white snow. :)

My youngest daughter held her baby brothers hand all the way down so he wouldn’t slide on the trail. She is very motherly.

I can’t wait to come back to this area for another walk. However, I would like to pack a picnic and spend the entire day exploring the area. It was so beautiful.

Basically, the sign says to keep your dog on a leash during winter so that the fauna in the forest can rest. The fauna needs calm. :)

Absolutely stunning, and if I had places to walk like that I would be out all of the time. we don’t have places like near us. Funnily enough I am quite a city girl, but like the countryside, near enough to be able to get to or at least walk around.
MY favorites are the Fauna from above, the first pic of the trees and your youngest daughter with your son – how adorable! And I’d love to explore this area with you, it must be so peaceful… Seriously I will figure out how to have some vacation time in Switzerland within the next 5 years.. lol
Your pictures are getting better and better and I enjoyed them before!!!!
Ooooooh I just love the photos of mid-bloom, so pretty.
And the kiddies are cuties.
Thanks for posting these photos on Renan. My great great grandmother was from Renan. I will be traveling there in May, and was looking for info. The photos are the best I’ve found!
Thanks everyone!
We have been super busy these last few days…the weather has been a little cooler but that hasn’t stopped us from getting out!
I hope everyone had a good weekend. :)
Sasha,
That is really interesting that you know where you great great grandmother is from and will be able to visit the city. It is beautiful there with the mountains. I am sure you will enjoy it.
