Living in the mountains is living close to nature.
I am continuously surprised by the beauty of the unexpected.
We were walking in the mountains around our village when I turned to see the biggest moon coming up over the mountain. It was huge.
It was breathtaking.
I wish I had a better camera so that I could share the moon exactly as I had seen it. Below is my best effort.
In front of us, the sun was setting at exactly the same moment.
The sky in the Jura is the most beautiful I have ever seen.
It is inspirational.
Here is a video of our mountain view. You can see the smoke from a small fire in the mountains. Someone is always burning wood in the mountains. And, at the end of the video you can watch the train pass by.
