In plus, Matt made me realize that I could make my own brown sugar. I had no idea but a quick Google search landed me on this recipe. A must have for American expats out there!!!

To make your own brown sugar, first you have to find molasses …
I’ve got a pumpkin that’s been sitting on my terrace since halloween, just waiting for a pumpkin weekend – I know as soon as I cut into it I’ll have to make it into all sorts of things because it won’t keep !
