Some of the places we have been the last week weeks have been Neuchâtel with my In-laws, Bern to get my notarized authorization for a replacement passport for my oldest daughter (we went to the American Embassy) and a few other places shown below and others that are not. Soldes (Sales) in Bienne - Biel Life in Switzerland, Switzerland, Travel | (1)
We had the great chance to find out that each year Bienne has a huge sale held in the streets on the last weekend of June. Most of the stores in the city set up racks in front of their shop selling items for close to nothing. We purchased sandals, a skirt and two shirts for me. Vilay found sandals and shorts for him. Will it be the jackpot or a small change? Life, Life in Switzerland | (0)
Vilay and I are at a point where in three months our life will change. Again. It may be a little change. It may be a big change. It all depends on how we play our cards. With a little luck and a whole lotta work, we should be living in another village or city by the end of summer. However, I have learned all too well that I should not count my chickens before they are hatched. I will share details when we are more sure about the winnings.
