Today, Vilay didn’t go into work. He had to have a bad tooth pulled. Luckily, it was a wisdom tooth.
Dinner was yummy. We grilled out sausages and I made lentil soup.
It has been over two years since I made lentil soup. I used to make it all the time but for some reason I stopped. It is back for good this time. All three kids licked their plates clean. Who would have ever guessed that kids would love lentil soup so much?
You just can’t beat it though. It is good, healthy and CHEAP!

I don’t really follow a recipe but I found one online that is pretty close to my Lentil soup.
