Tomorrow, we are going back to France.  A week has passed in what seemed like a few days.  I am nervous about the suitcases.  I have them sitting in a row one behind the other.  We will be taking six suitcases.  The rest will be made up of three car seats two of which will be used on the plane for Sweet Bear and Petite Clown, a bag for diapers and snacks with a change of clothes for each child (just in case), a small backpack full of children’s books and a large backpack full of our important papers.

I am going to check the papers again to be sure we have everything.  I will go through the girls clothes one last time making sure that I am not taking shirts they will not need while making sure they have enough for school.

Passports and tickets are all accounted for.

We are as ready as we will ever be.

I am nervous and happy at the same time.

I wish my Angel was going with us.

I hope that you are able to see angel girl for one last time while you are still in the US…I would hope that her father would do that for his daughter!

    safe travels!

He couldn’t because he worked. I understood.

I haven’t been able to get a hold of her tonight by phone. I hope I can talk to her before we leave. I miss her very much.

Bon voyage and bonne chance! I admire you for taking chances, figuring out what’s most important for you and your family, and ultimately making decisions that will make a better life for your children. And Strasbourg–and Alsace–is indeed gorgeous (I lived in Mulhouse for a year).
