My hands and arms are always cold in the winter. Always. Even indoors.
When I saw Sandra’s Wrist Worms on Smosch.com I had to order a pair. My Wrist Worms arrived the other day in the mail. Since then, I have been wearing them each time I have to go into the cold.
My arms and hands love them.

The cows are nice. As a child I loved watching them. I would watch cows in a field across from my grandparents house in Ohio. We would catch grandfather longlegs and ask them “which way did the cows go?” Their long legs would point the way. It was so much fun. You should tell your children this so they know how to find where the cows are.
Love you,
MOM
i’m so glad to see they’ve arrived at your place! hope they’ll keep you warm for a long time :) happy weekend.
Pumpkin – Might also suggest you stay off of cold water. Drink everything luke warm or more.. It helped me incredibly instantly with the cold hands. I get them always!
ps. – love the warmers!
Sandra,
Thank you!
Expatraveler,
I never drink cold water and drink way too much coffee for my own good but I am still cold. In the winter, I will get a cup of coffee or tea and just hold it sipping so that my hands stay warm. Now, I won’t have to worry…I will just wear my warmers around the house. Finally, I will be able to sit without complaining that my hands are cold!
