Sorry :-( as a long time reader, I am thinking it may have to do with missing a very dear someone. I am praying for a Christmas miracle for you regardless of what has you frustrated.

Journaling is good. Looking up to a big huge sky and pouring out your thoughts to the One who is always listening is even better.
