We took a much needed trip out of our village into La Chaux-de-fonds in search of a music festival that we never found. No matter. We walked in the city, took some pictures, did a little window shopping and snacked on bakery goods.
I am so busy now preparing for our move right along with all the chores I do on a daily basis. Whoever thinks being a stay-at-home mother is an easy job is welcome to take my place for a week. I need a vacation!!!
Vilay is finished with his first year of watchmaking school. We will get to go to a ceremony for this accomplishment the beginning of July. I am so very proud of my husband for all his hard work and dedication to a profession that he loves. Bravo, mon amour!
In a month, my husband will start his four week summer vacation which means I will get some help and a bit of vacation myself! We aren’t sure where we are going for the summer? No matter where we end up (even if we stay in the village) we are looking forward to spending time doing the least amount as possible.
We move in a week and one day. Oh, the stress.
